Terms of Service

1. Scope of services

These Terms govern all event-related services provided by CrystalCastle, including planning, coordination, vendor management, venue sourcing and any additional consulting. When you confirm a booking, you accept these Terms and the details outlined in your proposal.

2. Booking & project start

Work begins once the client confirms the service in writing and pays the required deposit. In some cases, we may begin preparatory work earlier, but full service delivery starts only after confirmation.

3. Payments

Each project requires a deposit to secure the event date. Remaining amounts must be paid by the deadlines specified in the proposal or invoice.

If payment deadlines are missed, services may be paused until outstanding balances are settled.

4. Cancellations & changes

Deposits are non-refundable as they reserve our team and time. If you cancel your event after services have begun, additional charges may apply based on completed work.

Vendor cancellation policies vary and are the responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise.

We coordinate vendors, maintain schedules and provide support according to the agreed service package. However, we cannot guarantee outcomes that rely on third-party vendors or venues.

7. Liability

CrystalCastle is not liable for delays, cancellations or issues caused by vendors, venue restrictions, force majeure, weather conditions or other factors outside our control.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid directly to CrystalCastle for the service.
